Field Day

There were
lots of fun events for all the classes to participate in. Here you can see the
Kindergartners trying to run without dropping their “ice-cream” off
their cones. The
Kindergarten prepare to challenge the 1st graders in
Tug-of-War.

The
first graders got a little wet as they competed in the sponge
race. They had to see
which team could fill the bucket the fastest passing the wet sponge
down the line. Here they
are preparing to take on the Kindergartners!

The
2nd graders had a blast trying to pop their balloons and
race to the finish. Some
students had difficulty getting their balloon to pop. They pulled hard
against the 3rd graders in the afternoon.

Who can throw the noodle the farthest? Not as easy as it looks. Several students stay in the
race as the 2nd and 3rd graders head to the
finish line.

The 4th graders are playing a race of Potato
Hockey. Then they face off
with the 5th and 6th graders in the Sack Race.

The
5th and 6th graders give it their all as they play
Tug-of-War against the 4th graders. Here they prepare to race with
their partners down the field.
A
thank you to our P.E. teacher for organizing the event,
Charlie Company for running the events, and the PTSA
for providing drinks for all.
